I was trying to set up a database and some services with my A2 Hosting account and ran into some issues with the database creation. I entered a ticket and in less than an hour, I received a response stating the issue was resolved. I was really impressed with the level of service. I am not a large client with dedicated services. I didn't expect such a timely and helpful response. I have hosted with many large name host providers and I have found A2 Hosting to offer better services and far better support!
